Wiley seamlessly connects with Brightspace.  

 

Linking Wiley to Brightspace 

Follow the steps below to link Wiley to your Brightspace course site. Once connected, assignments created in Wiley can be deployed to the Content Tool in the Brightspace course site. 

  1. In your Brightspace course site, click on the Content Tool in the course navigation bar. 

  1. Create a new Unit or Lesson, or locate the Unit or Lesson in which you would like to place the Wiley content. 

  1. Click the Add Existing button. 

  1. Click the External Tool Activity button. 

  1. Click Wiley Course Resources 

 

Adding Wiley assignment links to Brightspace 

Assignments created in Wiley can be added to your Brightspace course site. After loading content to Wiley the content can be used to make an assignment. 

  1. Create an assignment in Wiley 

  1. Go back to the Brightspace course site and navigate to the Content Tool. 

  1. Create a new Unit or Lesson, or locate the Unit or Lesson in which you would like to place the Wiley assignment link. Assignment links can also be added to the HTML editor. 

  1. Click the Add Existing button. 

  1. Click the More button. 

  1. Select Wiley Assignment Link. 

  1. A window will appear showing the available assignment from Wiley that can be linked to the Brightspace course site. 

  1. Select the Wiley assignment to link. 

Adding Wiley resources links to Brightspace 

Resources created in Wiley can be added to your Brightspace course site. After loading content to Wiley the content can be used to share resources 

  1. Go back to the Brightspace course site and navigate to the Content Tool. 

  1. Create a new Unit or Lesson, or locate the Unit or Lesson in which you would like to place the Wiley assignment link. Assignment links can also be added to the HTML editor. 

  1. Click the Add Existing button. 

  1. Click the More button. 

  1. Select Wiley Resources Link. 

  1. A window will appear showing the available resources from Wiley that can be linked to the Brightspace course site. 

  1. Select the Wiley resourcet to link.
