Lists : 

A list is a collection of related items presented in a specific order, often using bullets or numbers to organize information clearly and systematically.

Key points to remember for Lists: 

  • Use the numbered (ordered) or bulleted (unordered) list options

  • Avoid manually inserting symbols (e.g., dashes or asterisks) to create lists, as screen readers will not recognize them properly. 

Where to find lists: 

  • Click the list icon in the toolbar (highlighted in red in the image). 

  • From the dropdown menu, choose one of the following options: 

    • Bulleted List – to insert a list with bullet points. 

    • Numbered List – to insert a numbered list. 

    • Increase Indent – to move the list/item further to the right. 

    • Decrease Indent – to shift the list/item back to the left.
