SAFARI SETTINGS 

Quick Instructions:

1. At the top of your screen, click on the Safari drop-down menu and click Preferences. 

2. Click on the Privacy Tab of the Preference pop-up window. You should see that the Prevent cross-site tracking has a checkmark next to it.  

3. Click that check mark to turn that feature off. 

4. Refresh the Brightspace page. 

5. Once you are finished, it is recommended that you follow these procedures to turn the feature on again for security reasons. 

CHROME SETTINGS 

Quick Instructions:

1. In the right side of the navigation bar, select the pop-up blocker icon. 

2. Click Done and refresh the Brightspace page 

3. From there, click the Always Allow Pop-Ups and Redirects button 

FIREFOX SETTINGS

Quick Instructions:

1. Next to the navigation bar, click on the shield icon that is to the left of the lock icon. You should see that the Enhanced Tracking Protection for This Site is toggled on.   

2. Toggle that button to the Off position. 

3. Refresh the Brightspace page 

4. Once you are finished watching the video, it is recommended that you follow these procedures to turn the feature on again for security reasons 

EDGE SETTINGS

Quick Instructions:

1. In the right side of the navigation bar, select the pop-up blocker icon. 

2. From there, click the Always Allow Pop-Ups and Redirects button 

3. Click Done and refresh the Brightspace page
