Chandrika Neradabilli is an Instructional Designer at Marist, she began her journey as a student employee in Digital Education. Over time, she advanced to a Digital Education Fellow and transitioned to a full-time role in 2024. In her current position, Chandrika oversees a team of student employees, guiding them in essential skillsets such as website development, quality assurance testing, accessibility testing while introducing them to corporate practices like Scrum methodology. She collaborates with instructors to enhance course design incorporating best practices in online pedagogy to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes through the Brightspace Learning Management System. Chandrika is a member of the Sakai Open-Source community, she leads Accessibility Testing by sighted users from Marist.
